In stock items will be shipped via UPS and or USPS.

DROP SHIP ITEMS
Drop ship items are shipped directly from our vendors. These items include:
All drop ship items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
If your order includes both in stock and drop ship items, you will receive multiple shipments. Please note that drop this items have longer production and shipping lead times.
THEFT POLICY
House of Hoppe Design does not cover instances of theft.
When tracking numbers say the package has been delivered, we assume it to be true. In the case of theft, we are not able to cover it.
Shipping Policies and Procedures
Please review our shipping policies and procedures before placing orders for merchandise made available on this site. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. The risk of loss of, and title to, all merchandise purchased on this site will pass to you upon our delivery of that merchandise to the carrier selected to deliver it.
House of Hoppe Design will collect sales tax on all purchases of merchandise to be shipped to locations within Texas. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes, if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside Texas. The rate of sales tax applicable to all merchandise shipped to locations within Texas will be the rate applicable in Texas at the time of purchase.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that an item is received damaged, the first step is to always contact us and to send a picture, then we will file a claim. There is a seven day window to report a damaged item. Please be sure you report your damaged item within 7 days. If the item is available we will send a prompt replacement or provide a refund. In addition you are welcome to call to report your damaged item.
